If I have want to make updates to my site later on, can you help me?

Absolutely! I offer an hourly rate for smaller website updates, whether it's to the copy or the design. For more in-depth updates I'll take a look at what you'd like to do and give you a cost estimate for the project.

Someone else built my site but I'd like to make some changes, can you do that?

I don't do updates or changes to sites that I didn't build. It's too complicated for both of us, and we'll end up wasting a lot of time. You're better off having me build a whole new site.

What if I don't love my new website?

Before I create your site you'll see a mock-up of what the final site will look like to make sure you like it. If there is a specific color, font, or image you don't like you can let me know as it's built and I'll change it. Let me know right away if there's something you don't love, it's much easier to change at that point! I don't give refunds for "I just decided I don't like it" but I always try to fix whatever it is you don't love.

I'm really not tech savvy. What if I break my site?

First of all, that's pretty hard to do. But if you do, fear not. I have hourly rates for clients whose websites I've built to take care of things like that.

Do I get a discount if I buy a copy package now and decide later I want to have you design my website?

You only get a discount on the website design if they're purchased together. Doing both together is easier and quicker than doing each one separately, so that time saved is passed on to you as a discount.

Can you guarantee my new site will get me new customers?

Every business is different, and your website is just one part of your marketing. If you think a new website will turn your business around without doing anything else, it won't. Business growth takes work, but I can promise you that it's easier to get new customers when you have a website that speaks directly to their wants and needs.
